The terms and conditions (“agreement”) are between you “the applicant” and “the company” (CAP: College Audition Project).
By submitting your registration form you, “the applicant” and/or “the applicants” parent/guardian (where an applicant is under the age of 18 years), accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
PAYING FOR SERVICES
CAP: College Audition Project services are sold online on our website through a third-party scheduling and payment service. When placing an order on our website you agree to pay all moneys in the transactions regardless of whether you attend or use the service . Failure to pay will result in your being refused our services in future and immediate request for you to pay the funds you owe. If your payment is rejected by our banking services, you will be denied service from CAP: College Audition Project.
REFUNDS AND CANCELATIONS
All cancelations must be made at least 48 hours before the times of service to receive a refund. Any cancelations made after the 48-hour window will be subject to full payment. If an employee of CAP: College Audition Project needs to cancel a service, the client will not be charged. Cancelations must be made through the same online service made to book the lesson. Phone calls or text messages to an employee of CAP: College Audition Project will not suffice as proper cancelation method and the client will still be charged. If a client has an emergency arise and cannot make a scheduled service, then services can be re-scheduled with CAP: College Audition Project.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the services, use of the service, or access to the service or any content on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by CAP: College Audition Project. Any material given to a client may not be used or reproduced for personal gain without written permission by the owner/ owners of CAP: College Audition Project. If there is a failure to follow these agreements legal action will be taken out against the client.
CAP: College Audition Project reserves the right to cancel a client’s membership without reimbursement and cease assistance and instruction if we are informed that you are using a company that is in direct business competition with CAP: College Audition Project. To maintain the quality of our services and secure our intellectual property a student that is working with CAP: College Audition Project must not be enrolled in another college audition advisory program. Clients working with individual acting, voice or dance instructors are free to continue their private instruction with those instructors. If you have any questions about this clause, please contact CAP staff before signing this agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
PERSONAL CONTACT/PAYMENT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
CONTENT CONSENT (TESTIMONIALS, PICTURES, VIDEOS)
If you submit a testimonial to us using on this site, via email or post it on any of our social media profiles then you agree that we may publish your testimonial, together with your name, on this website (and on any successor website that we may operate from time to time), on such page and in such position as we may determine in our sole discretion. You further agree that we may edit the testimonial and publish edited or partial versions of the testimonial. However, we will never edit a testimonial in such a way as to create a misleading impression of your views.
You consent to the capture of still images (photographs), moving images (film/video), audio recordings of you during lessons, classes, workshops, sessions and during CAP: College Audition Project events.
You accept that the subsequent images and recordings may be in a number of media, including but not limited to print, digital and electronic and may be used by the CAP: College Audition Project and/or by agents authorized by the studio for educational, promotional, advertising and/or marketing purposes in appropriate file formats via web-based and/or other digital and/or print methods. You understand that (1) editing may be required by the CAP: College Audition Project or by agents authorized by CAP: College Audition Project for quality or technical purposes; (2) edited subsections may be used in other company materials for purposes stated above; (3) the image(s) and/or recording(s) will be stored securely in appropriate file formats on reputable servers and held in accounts belonging to CAP: College Audition Project and/or its authorized agents.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and booking availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
